Moments after being accepted in to the community, you will have been emailed both instructions and access details for all your member discounts.
Secondly, once you've gained access to the private members area, all the member benefits are listed at the top of the main TOPICS area in a can't-miss-them sub-folder of their own.
The statistical likelihood of you a) not being emailed this information and b) not being able to access them via the private app is incredibly low...
So: please check your main inbox, your promotions folder, your junk mail folder and indeed all and any other email folders for these vital mail.
In the hugely unlikely event the mail has not got through, please raise a support ticket using this portal and we will investigate.
