If you were on a pay annual plan pre December 2017 you will need to renew manually, here.
If you joined after December 2017 your membership is set to auto-renew, and we will make endeavours to email you with 7 days to go prior to the time your subscription is set to renew.
Please note whilst our system is helpfully set to auto-remind you of a pending renewal via email, the onus ultimately rests with members to proactively reach out via this forum prior to renewal should they wish to cancel.
In a belts and braces way it is strongly recommended that members make a note of their joining/renewal date because after any 12-month renewal no refunds are possible.
