This is almost certainly one of the following:
- you haven't completed one of the questions in the form (all but one are Required)
- you've typed in a logline that is too long (100 characters max)
- you've typed in a note for the reader that's too long (100 characters max)
- you've tried to upload a non PDF file format (we only accept PDFs)
- your browser has "cached" the page (please clear your browser cache, or right click your internet browser and start a new private/incognito tab so that the internet cannot cache the page)
Basically it will be something to do with the form, in all likelihood.
If you're more confident than Han Solo that you've nailed every part of the upload but are still seeing an error, then please raise a support ticket using this knowledge base and we'll investigate.
