However, in a service business in which meeting turnaround targets relies on a myriad of factors including sudden workload variables, unexpected/sudden reader unavailability, heavy traffic, public holidays or other uncontrollable events, sometimes meeting said targets is simply not possible.
We always err towards preserving quality (sometimes at a cost to speed), but below you can find 4 status levels for how busy we currently are.

Whichever status below is in BOLD reflects our current workload.
1. VERY HIGH (delays very likely)
2. HIGH (delays possible)
3. MID (delays unlikely)
4. LOW (delays very unlikely)

Note that whilst our site is live, we are closed during public holidays and throughout the festive period in particular.
Any public holidays do not count as reading days or towards the total turnaround time.
