IS contests feature the following page limits. 

In all cases, it's possible to submit longer material (up to certain caps) for extra fees of $2 per page over* the following limits:


  • Feature Film Screenplay- 120 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 140 pages
  • TV Script- 60 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 70 pages
  • TV Script + Series Bible- 100 page limit 
    • Note: this includes a 60 page script (max) and a 40 page (max) accompanying series bible
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 120 pages total.
  • TV Series Bible- 40 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 60 pages total.
  • Film Treatment- 40 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 60 pages total.
  • Short Film- 20 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 30 pages total.
  • 1-Page TV or Film Pitch- 1 page limit
    • Note: projects which run over this limit are charged at $2 extra per page they run over.
    • Note: max submission limit of 1 pages total.


* for clarity that means you would be charged extra on every page OVER the limits above. So if you have an 121 page screenplay (ignoring title page, which should be removed ideally - see this knowledge base article) then you would be charged $2 extra (1 extra page x $2).
