As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to whilst purchasing from us, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours after the exact time of your booking.
After this time, no refunds are possible. This also applies to our Script Feedback Services, with the exception of fast-turnaround feedback services which are processed immediately and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
