Firstly, check your junk mail folder and also your Promotions or Clutter folder. Gmail and Hotmail, in particular, are using increasingly zealous spam filters which make it very challenging for bona fide emails to get into the main inbox.
Secondly, how long ago did you sign up? If it was under 10 minutes, please be patient, the content is likely winging its way through cyberspace towards you.
