The most likely scenario in this case is that a technical issue at your end (broadband failure, browser issues, human error etc etc) caused a problem and prevented your project from being uploaded to our script handling site.

....and follow the instructions contained within it, before raising a support ticket with us.
Alternatively, you might have uploaded a PDF with irregular (+ ! / % *) characters in it.
So you might have named your PDF something like this: JAWS_5thdraft%%+prequelpitch
Unfortunately DevKing, our script management software, can only accept PDFs that don't contain irregular characters in them.
So, JAWS_5thdraft%%+prequelpitch would need to look like this: JAWS5thdraftsequelpitch
Please raise a support ticket if you think you uploaded an irregular PDF.
