About this Knowledge Base and Our Support Channels
This knowledge base (or FAQs) portal already contains the answers to the overwhelming majority of queries Industrial Scripts fields.
Industrial Scripts has 3 response channels, as follows:
- Queries already answered in this knowledge base we aspire to answer within 21 days.
- Rare anomaly queries not already answered in the knowledge base we aspire to answer within 72 hours.
- Queries relating to hiring a screenwriter or a commercial/partnership or advertising enquiry, please use the buttons here to complete the relevant form and register your interest.
Users and customers can, therefore find answers to their queries far faster than we could ever hope to respond. There are hundreds of FAQs in the knowledge base, which is updated regularly and can be easily searched using the search box above.
Search the Knowledge Base First...
For rare "anomaly" cases, where answers to queries cannot be found in the knowledge base, we operate a support ticket system.
If your query has not already been answered in the FAQs, then you can raise a support ticket using the link at the top right of your screen.
Please note, however, that Industrial Scripts does not offer support via any other means: email, social media, or otherwise.
All support is centralised and provided firstly by the knowledge base/FAQs and then via support ticket.
Email Deliverability and Gmail, Outlook etc
Did you know that statistically speaking, over 75% of the tickets raised through this portal relate to supposedly undelivered emails, script reports, course handouts and other materials?
The key word here is supposedly.
Because in the overwhelming majority of cases the necessary documents or information were delivered successfully.
The problem is - they didn't land in your MAIN INBOX because your email service blocked them.
Hotmail and Gmail's spam filters are getting more and more aggressive every week, and landing in that main inbox is becoming incredibly challenging for companies.
Please check your junk mail, your promotions tab, your clutter folder, your alternate email address that you use for payments, your left pocket, your right pocket, the mailbox, the henhouse and indeed all and any other places BEFORE raising a support ticket us.
Please also run an email search on @industrialscripts.com to ensure critical emails haven't been filtered somewhere.
It's going to get you what you need, what you want, much faster.
