As per our Terms & Conditions of sale, which all customers agree to adhere to at the point of purchase, it is Industrial Scripts policy not to offer refunds aside from truly exceptional circumstances (as deemed by Us), or clear and obvious IS service or product failure.


In the event of severe script coverage delay, an additional or alternative coverage service in addition to the one purchased may be offered at IS discretion. 


Industrial Scripts cannot be held responsible for human error on the customer's side, intermittent or unstable wifi, customer failure to check document delivery or their junk/clutter or other email inboxes, failure to submit a coupon correctly at checkout, or indeed all and any other forces outside our control.


Further, IS support staff are not authorised to offer refunds, and in the event you believe you have a case which falls into the two categories listed above, please raise a support ticket providing robust and demonstrable supporting evidence and your case will be considered by a manager.
